Dr. Fred DeFrancesch, M.D.
Dr. Fred DeFrancesch, Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Internal Medicine, Spinal Cord Injury and Pain Medicine, has served over 10 years as an Assistant Clinical Professor at both LSU and Tulane Schools of Medicine. During that time he also served as active faculty in the ACGME accredited Pain Fellowship at LSU.
Dr. DeFrancesch has experience in both non-interventional and interventional modalities used in the treatment of pain, including spinal cord stimulation and a wide spectrum of minimally invasive spine procedures.
Dr. DeFrancesch is the founder of NeuroMuscular Medical Associates, a private, multi-specialty group serving southeast Louisiana with locations in Hammond, Gonzales, LaPlace and Kenner. He has also founded a private, twelve month pain fellowship training physicians in advanced techniques, in association with Interventional Spine Specialists, which includes weekly instruction from the esteemed Dr. Charles Aprill.

Ashley Mills, PA-C
Ashley graduated from LSU Health Sciences Center - Shreveport, in 2008 from the Physicians Assistant program, as well as completed her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
She has been an integral part of NMA since 2008.
Jason Williams, NP
Jason graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2005 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing. He practiced a total of 9 years in the emergency room and ICU as an RN prior to obtaining a Masters of Nursing with specialty in Family Nurse Practitioner background at Loyola University of New Orleans in 2012. He practiced for 3 years in emergency medicine prior to joining NMA in March 2015.
